Returns

We want you to love your GLITOFY jewelry! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized jewelry items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
